✦ You may print or in any physical reproduction of your commission as long as it is for PERSONAL USE only. (i.e., NOT for commercial use or for any use that could generate income)
✦ You retain the rights to your character designs/OC's
✦ Any harassment which includes rude, offensive, or insulting words will not be tolerated, and I have the right to place anyone on the blacklist.Artist
✦ I have the right to post your commission on any of my social media and portfolio.
✦ I have the right to refuse or discontinue any commission for any reason.

✦ As the buyer, you must fill out the commission form on Google Form
✦ You will get a reply from me within 1-2 days and 3-5 days max to confirm your slot and for further clarification on the email you provided. Please note that I am in college, so I may not reply right away.
✦ NO CANCELLATION of commission.
✦ You may provide the size of the art but do not exceed large resolutions
✦ REFERENCES ARE A MUST Photos, poses, and concise descriptions are highly appreciated.
✦ Any emails, private messages, and comments you send must come in English or Filipino language only.
✦ Discussion or further clarification will only be in Gmail/Twitter. We can discuss our mode of communication after the payment.PAYMENT
✦ I am not held accountable for any mistakes you have made on your part throughout the transaction.
✦ I will only accept USD and PHP (PayPal and Gcash) as payment and will be taken via PayPal invoice
✦ For Gcash users, I will send a money request and you will send a receipt as proof of payment after I have received the payment.
✦ All payments are paid upfront and/or 50-50% payment. I do not accept any other payment plans in order to avoid scams. After the payment has been sent, I will start sketching.
✦ If payment is not made on time (48h) after I’ve placed the Paypal Invoice and Gcash money request, your commission will be canceled.
✦ Repeated counts of commissioning projects and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.
✦ Decorative background and elements are separated on the base price, and the price could vary depending on the complexity.REFUNDS
✦ I will refund 100% of the payment only if I am no longer unable to continue your commission
✦ Once I am halfway and the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
✦ Refund will only be given on the sketch and line-art phase.
✦ You may not file a chargeback against me after you have approved the artwork.WORK PROGRESS
✦ I do NOT work commissions with deadlines and rush.
✦ I have the right to take up to 1-3 weeks to complete your commission depending on the complexity and workload. Please do understand if something happens that may change the timeframe for completing your commission. I will notify you if it happens.
✦ Do note that there is a queue, and your commission may be on the waiting list. Check my list of commissions on my notion for tracking.REVISIONS
✦ I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing and only allow 3 major revision and 3 minor revisions. Any further revision after the sketch phase will incur additional fees. Hence, be concise on the commission you ask for.
✦ Changes or revisions will only be made during the sketch phase.
✦ Revisions due to my negligence are free.
✦ I will show WIPs (work in progress) images via Gmail and/or Gdrive throughout the commission process after the payment is completed.
✦ In-progress shots will be sent as low-resolution and watermarked images.WHAT YOU RECEIVE
✦ There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery or portfolio and the final artwork you will receive.
✦ Images will always come in the form of .PNG with 300 DPI resolution as an attachment in Gmail.
✦ I do not send PSD or CSP file
✦ You, the Client, will be held responsible for saving any information, images, and other data I provide.
✦ Any files you receive that you paid for will be available for one(1) year in case you accidentally lost the files. However, do note that I do not keep my files for a long time, so any lost files that weren’t saved within 1-2 weeks are the responsibility of the client and therefore won’t be refunded.
✦ The commissioner must respect that my art style cannot be revised.
✦ I have the right to reject any kind of art critique concerning my art skills and style.
✦ Proper credits to me, the Artist, is obliged when you post it on any platform.
✦ Feedback on the final product is allowed after the completion of the artwork through private messages or comments. Any comment that I deem to be rude, insulting, or inappropriate will automatically result in blacklisting.
✦ Clients are held accountable if my artwork was remade, tampered or modified by another artist. This will result in blacklisting, and I do not suggest this practice.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
✦ I, the Artist, retain the rights over any of my commissioned works but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character designs.
✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work with my sign/and or watermark on my work on social media.
✦ You, the Client, will be held responsible for protecting the ownership rights over the commissioned work made by me, the Artist.
✦ The final product is for your personal use only.
✦ You, the Client, retain the rights to any characters portrayed in the commissioned work.You may use or edit the commissioned artwork in the following ways:
✦ print for personal use
✦ crop or resize the image as a means to use as an avatar, header, etc.
✦ use the artwork as a reference for a study
✦ post the artwork on social media with a visible and proper credit to me, the Artist.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned artwork in the following ways:
✦ claim the artwork as yours
✦ remove my watermark/signature
✦ any edit or alter the commissioned work in anyways
✦ use the commissioned artwork for any NFT and AI purposes
✦ remake the commissioned artwork with another artist
✦ use it for commercial use or any use that generates income
